Mr. Yuck was most likely a sticker he had handy. And if people are more likely to drink from his teapot than from his stash of "medicine," Mr. Yuck must go on the teapot. Pity there weren't enough stickers for his teacups....
A "panaca" is actually a panacea with no vitamin E in it.
